You can check your order status at any time, from "Order History" menu (choosing "My Account" and clicking "Order History" button.
The order status could be: "Pending", "Processing", "Payment Received" or "Sent".
As always, we are happy to provide you with information about your order over the phone or email. If you are inquiring about an order that has not yet shipped, please contact our Order Department at here.

There are different payment methods in our shop. You may choose the one that is most suitable for you. After your choice, you will receive all information nessesary for choosen type of payment. You may pay with Bank Transfer or Secure Credit Card Payment using PayPal or MoneyBookers Services (all major card types).

Making the order, you may choose also the shipping method. Different methods have different prices and different time for delivery. From "Shipping method" you can choose the most suitable method. In case you prefer another shipping method, not included in our list of methods, you are welcome to send us an e-mail.
